Entrance/Exit door for the childcare was locked with a deadbolt lock when the licensor was trying to leave the home. Licensor, Faiza explained to the provider that she cannot have the deadbolt lock, locked and that licensor, Celestine would send her a video of a knob that is locked to the person outside but not to the pereson inside the home.
